I was cautious AFTER reading this sign adjacent to a concrete structure where the water race starts. “ DANGER This Weir may spill at any time without warning. DO NOT PROCEED PAST THIS POINT.” 
It was near this point the high wall of Clark Dam came into view.
I wanted to be as close to the River bed as possible; I was curious to see the actual River bed.
